"The staff was awesome the front desk receptionist Junior was nothing less than amazing he was sweet kind and very informative just off first impressions & interaction with him I will definitely be back no questions asked ps. Entering the hotel the smell and cleanliness alone I will keep me coming back thank you for a wonderful experience"

"The location is fantastic and the room was very comfortable. Great to have a Starbucks in the hotel. I felt the front desk staff were not really interested in us as people. And I really didn’t like that we were charged $35 dollars a night which could be offset against purchases in the hotel but if I didn’t want to purchase a drink or food I had to pay it anyway. It’s also $6 an item to store luggage on checkout day - ridiculous"

"Perfect location. Times Square right around the corner (half a block), Rockefeller Center within walking distance, Junior's diner and bakery across the street, along with the Broadway theaters. Taxis are constantly lined up so it's a breeze grabbing one to take you anywhere you need to go and the Hop On Hop Off bus also picks up 5 minutes away at M&M World in Times Square. Service was amazing and hotel was clean."
