"Buen cuarto para una noche cerca del aeropuerto, el transporte al aeropuerto no estaba disponible en la hora que se necesitaba porque ya estaba lleno, cuentan con pocos espacios en el transporte, terminamos pagando transporte, importante considerar esta limitación."

"Mantienen las habitaciones limpias y tienen muy buena ubicacion dentro de la ciudad, pero el elevador no servia y el telefono en la habitacion no funcionaba, pero tengo que decir que el staff fueron muy amables desde que llegamos nos ofrecieron subir las maletas, nos dejaron hacer check out a la 1 sin costo extra, guardaron nuestro equipaje sin ningun costo dentro de su bodega, definitivamente volveria a hospedarme solo por el trato del personal"

"Highlights: - Perfect for family with little/young kids as this seems to be the only hotel in Polanco area that is resort-like. All other hotels are high rises - Outdoor heated pool was the best. Again, most likely this is the only hotel in this area with an outdoor pool - Rooms were large for a city center hotel - Buffet and other onsite restaurants were great - Staff was fantastic - A bit of history in an otherwise commercial part of Mexico City. Feels like you are in Mexico City rather than New York City - Walkable to several restaurants and shopping"
