Todo excelente el único detalle fue que el sábado hubo evento de un cumpleaños en la terraza y cuando subimos a desayunar el ruido estaba insoportable de la bocina de la fiesta y mejor nos fuimos a desayunar fuera del hotel

En este hotel no te sientes seguro y la gente no se hace responsable me robaron mi computadora y nunca me dieron una resolución lamentablemente el día que me la robaron fue la noche anterior a salir ya del hotel se metieron a mi equipaje y me sacaron mi laptop tuve que hablarle a la policía la gente no respondió!! No le recomiendo a nadie quedarse en este hotel cuando puse mi queja en Facebook y en Google me enteré que a otras personas también de la familia les había pasado lo mismo una experiencia de lo peor nunca me había sucedido algo así en un hotel

Todo muy bien excepto que no me gustan, ni creo que un hotel deba estar iluminado completamente con luz blanca. Y menos uno con estilo colonial. Una habitación de hotel debe ser cálida, y la luz blanca hace lugubre cualquier espacio. Todo lo demás es excelente.

El servicio en restaurante es lento y la comida no fue de mi gusto total. Tardan muchísimo en atender, en las habitaciones el aire es un problema regularlo. Yo reserve por este medio y ni siquiera les aparecía la reservación. Tenía mejor perspectiva de este hotel pero fue algo decepcionante en muchos aspectos.

Hotel hermoso

El hotel está muy bien ubicado a 8 minutos del centro de Tehuacan, tiene bonitas habitaciones con terraza, el desayuno excelente. Solo el gimnasio está muy descuidado y los aparatos no sirven.
