En general todo bien precio $ amplio el Estacionamiento atención de primera en la Recepción la habitación impecable y {el único pero poca luz natural y no hay restaurante ) aun que por estar tan bien ubicado en él Centro de Tehuacan las opciones son múltiples incluso hay un museo Natural enfrente no dejen de visitarlo

El personal era amable y servicial. El lugar estaba limpio y bonito. La ducha estaba buena. Pero la cama era horrible, ruidosa y muy dura. Y aunque reservamos para 2, solo hubo para 1 persona, 1 toalla 1 agua etc. Y parecía vacío pero nos dio un cuarto sin ventana. Me sorprendió que su precio normal era menos lo que pagamos en línea que según tenía descuento.

el horario de check in no se ajusto, proporcioné mi número de celular en la página de reservación para alguna emergencia ya que yo estaba de tránsito desde la ciudad de México, llegamos a las 20:10 se nos canceló la reservación, por lo que se requirió realizar los trámites en otro hotel con el consecuente incremento de costo y tiempo

Es un hotel sumamente sencillo, para lo que es..., solo para llegar a dormir y no mas! La persona que me atendio en el check-in a pesar de no saber como ayudarme en un problema, le comente como solucionarlo, realizo una llamada y todo resulto de la mejor manera!! El estacionamiento es amplio y lo cierran por las noches para mayor seguridad de los huespedes. En el restaurante el mesero de no mas de 22 años, es muy distraido y no pone atención a sus deberes...
