"Love this hotel, the location is very convenient and the staff is always very helpful. We had an issue with the heat not working and when the maintenance man came and saw the issue, he moved us to another room and even made sure it was a room close by so we didn't have to move farther away. He was super helpful and got the situation resolved quickly."

"Rooms were clean, just a little dated but the waterpark was awesome. Check in took a little while but that’s understandable due to them being fully booked and everyone is trying to get to the waterpark."
