"Made our family happy with our overnight visit. The water park was so fun for my grandkids and kids. Well worth the time and money."

"I thought it would be ok to book for price, when my family arrived there was ants in the room. I called to main desk and asked if we could switch rooms because I mean who wants ants crawling around, they front desk staff no questions switched the room which was better. They offered a 15 gift card to Starbucks but it wasn’t a real Starbucks. If you just need a place to safely stay I would say ok for the price, but that was a one and done stay for me."

"Pictures are deceiving! Hotel is in poor shape, both maintenance wise and cleanliness. Restaurant was closed so no breakfast was available. Patio was closed to the riverfront due to nesting geese. No compensation for either was offered. Hot tub was aged and dirty. Way overpriced for such a low end."

"If you ever wondered what the worst hotel experience was like, let me introduce you to this woodspring suites. The entire weekend we were there, the hotel smelled like a mix between a hotboxed car and serious body odor. As you enter the locked double doors after the “lobby area” you immediately feel as if you’re stepping into a minimum security prison. The vinyl floors are coated some kind of weird sweaty grease. Pillows for sleeping? You get a small throw pillow basically. Towels for drying off in the unclean showers? The size of a small golf towel. Breakfast? Coffee? Nah. The front desk staff is rude and unresponsive / non-existent. Every night behind the hotel starting around 11 pm there will be a rave out of the backseat of some car. Pretty sure the front desk staff are out there most nights running the party since they laughed off any requests to deal with the noise."

"We stayed in the Arizona sweet. Doors to our bedroom were locked. We were unable to get a rollaway. They brought wet sheets and blankets. The amenities were subpar in the room. The pool and space was disgusting with hair floating all in pool and around the pool deck."
