"Pool area was packed and room temperature was extremely warm. Breakfast was good, but the tables were jammed in the space making it hard to get around to get your food, and the room temperature was once again too warm."

"Staff was very helpful and parking was included! Located in a great area and it has been remodeled since I stayed there last. The hot tub was great and we were able to watch a play off hockey game from the hot tub on a big screen! Room was comfy and nice too."

"I did not like the bathroom in my room. The bathtub was unsafe. It had no grab handles for a safe exit out of the bathtub. The inside tub was very slippery when exiting with bath water in the tub. I needed to literally roll myself out of the tub to the bathroom floor. The inside of the tub had no anti-slip safety. There was no tub water plug to keep water in the tub. To take my bath, I plugged the water drain with a washcloth and held the washcloth down with the back of my heels while on my back. My first night I did ask the room attendant for a tub water plug. "Enjoyed our stay. I was really exciting to go to this Hotel. After being there to be Truthful the Room was plain nothing fancy. Main gathering room was redecorated with all alcohol ( Whiskey) glass bottles in the cabinet. Where’s the beautifulness of room decorating. Very expensive for a Hotel for prices. Rate this Hotel 3. Will not go Back. "

"The room was clean. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. One of the beds needs a mattress replaced. One half was great. The other half wanted to push you to the center of the bed."

"Room floor was sticky & had some candies left on the floor. The toilet wouldn't flush properly. Ran out of kleenex right away. Staff wasn't very friendly. Stayed there last year & had a nice stay. This year not ao much, won't be back again. "
