"Room and facility was great. But the lack of a staff member at night resulted in kids playing in the halls and making a lot of noise. No parents around to keep things quite and this disturbed guests. The hotel should ensure the kids use the rec rooms, not hallways. "

The staff is helpful and friendly. Valet parking was convenient in the cold winter. I would definitely stay here again. I stayed when Dartmouth was on winter break. The campus is outstanding and inspiring. "

"1woman who helped was the lady doing breakfast on the 29 th and on the 30 th tidying rooms on the 3 rd floor Such a great worker! Our room is very comfortable and because I have two teenage grandchildren that like to have their own bed, the hotel manager allowed me an upgrade to a room with a couch for a tiny fee. Everyone is very happy here and would come back. We also enjoy the pool."
