Worst designed shower though, seriously needs either a door on it or a better 'rubber edge' which actually stops the water from going all over the bathroom floor. Breakfast was good, but very, very slow service, 45 minutes for an egg & bacon roll and eggs benedict. Overall though, a great place to stay."

"The bedside lighting did not work and the aircon shut down within seconds of being switched on. On reporting it to reception my wife received a brash response of "how can you report this 5 minutes before my shift is finishing - I do not have time to call an electrician". We asked for a new room, but were told that all were occupied only to be handed a key at 7.30 the next morning for us to move into a perfectly clean unoccupied room by the lady on duty."
