"Liked the "disney" resort feel. Room was clean for the most part (could use a little more attention to detail of cleaning in bathroom and floors). Liked the food options that were on resort. Didn't like that there was an additional $45 resort fee per day along with having to pay for parking. On top of the high cost of the room, parking should be free and not sure why there is a need for a resort fee for such an expensive room."

"Parking was across the street and cost $29. Breakfast cost extra at this location too. Otherwise, everything at this Hyatt was good."

"Our stay was good overall. The pool was warm and even had some toys for the kids, which was a nice touch. The hot tub was actually hot — a definite plus since that's often not the case at some hotels. The staff were friendly, and our room was clean. However, the property could use some maintenance. While the exterior is attractive and well maintained, the interior shows signs of wear and tear, with a few things in need of repair."

"Great pool with snacks and drinks. Easy access to many other activities. Quick with requests for towels. Good room service options for breakfast. We accidentally left our children’s baby blankets and the lost and found department found them and got them quickly shipped to us. Would definitely stay again and recommend."
