The tour included a detailed list of local attractions including Angeles City, local fresh food market, options for transportation, and the massive SM Mall. "This is within a vacation resort that is still under development. Owner's caretaker/agent is a real estate agent for the resort and offers options to buy a lot, or condominum. No information was provided ahead of time about the additional fees charged to use amenities within the resort such as the swimming pool and access to the beach. "
