"No a bad stay; the room had everything I needed and the staff were wonderful and very helpful. The only thing I didn’t care for was the smell emanating from the pipes in the bathroom in my room. I had to leave the bathroom window to the streets open and the bathroom door to the room closed to manage the stench. I believe the issue was not specific to my room but the pipes in the whole hotel."

The location is great too right in the center of Sofia City Centre. The rooms were very clean too! I would absolutely stay here again. "
