"Staff was helpful and friendly but I did not see any mention of being across the street from a night club whose music was as loud as they could get it and it went on until 3:30 AM. It started on Thursday, then Friday and I checked out Sat for another hotel even though I was booked for 2 more nights "

But, what makes this place even more special is the service from the staff, we were greeted at the parking by Miguel, and at the front desk by Conzuelo, both made us feel welcome in a warm way. "Es un hotel pequeño, nuevo, la habitación cómoda, amplia. Los acabados y materiales de buena calidad. El personal muy amable y siempre accesible. El hotel no tiene restaurante, pero puede pedirse comida con servicio a domicilio fácilmente."

"La propiedad superó mis expectativas con un diseño que otorga un amplio espacio, comodidad y buen gusto tanto en las recámaras, baños, sala, cocina y comedor. La visite con mi esposa, mis 3 hijos sus parejas y mis 5 nietos. Lo que más disfrutaron los nietos fue el jacuzzi. Su vista hacia el lago también es muy buena. La casa en general es muy amplia y ayuda a generar un gran ambiente familiar. La verdad se las recomiendo tanto para un fin de semana o varias semanas. Tiene cerca autoservicios...

"This is a hidden gem. Thoughtfully designed and built. The view is great. It is located on the Main Street but all the rooms face the valley and we’re nice and quiet. The service was wonderful. "

"Tuvimos una estancia increíble, íbamos por la habitación sencilla y terminamos con la que tiene la tina incluida, se pasa un rato agradable aunque había muchos mosquitos. Mis únicas quejas son que llegar a la ubicación no es tan sencillo y no cuentan con amenidades, lleven sus propio shampoo, crema y jabón, pero en general todo bien, tienen una atención excelente y son muy amables. "
