"Its direct connection to BTS station Ratchathewi which is 1 stop away from the main shopping district. There are alot of food options in the street just beside the hotel. The power outlets are too little and not fixed conveniently for use. Room is abit dark, better with more lights."

"First time staying here and had an amazing experience. The staffs were very helpful especially Ing and Ball from concierge. They gave great recommendations for foods. There was a little miscommunication incident but they took care of the issue right away and make things right. The location of the hotel is very convenient too. Very close to the chicken rice restaurant and central world. And also bunch of street vendors around the hotel. Highly recommend this place."
