"I arrived early and was permitted to check-in early without any extra fee. The staff at the Reception Desk was absolutely amazing. In fact, the staff throughout the entire hotel was marvelous; from the welcoming valet, to the ever present doorman, Nigel. The room was adequate for our 3-night stay, as all we did there was sleep and shower. The bed was comfortable and clean, as was the bathroom. As soon as you step out of the hotel, you are immediately immersed in the sounds and smells of the French Quarter! Don’t hesitate to book your stay at The Wyndham, French Quarter!"

"I recently stayed at Hotel ZaZa Houston Museum District and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were warm, attentive, and professional, always going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Whether it was check-in, housekeeping, or valet, every interaction was seamless and welcoming. The location is another major plus. Being in the heart of Houston’s Museum District made it incredibly easy to explore nearby attractions, parks, and cultural spots, all within a short distance. "

"The breakfast was fresh, but the menu never changed. When we arrived, the water wasn't working in the whole hotel, and we weren't told that until AFTER we paid for the room. That was the case with some other guests as well. The rooms were cleaned only upon request. The drainage in the shower was AWFUL. The parking garage didn't feel safe as there were no barrier gates or doors to keep walkers from the street coming in and stealing and possibly mugging some folks. The hotel staff didn't seem confident or comfortable talking to guests and answering simple questions about the hotel and the surrounding area. "
