"Not sure why reviews I read said was clean. Got to our room, not vacuumed well, toilet seat loose, tub enamel chipped, mirror looked broken on edges. Asked for room change. Front desk staff apologized and immediately moved us. New room again not vacuumed well, tub looked dirty on bottom. Went back down and again front desk apologized and immediately sent house keeping up. Windows thin, was on 15th floor and could hear all the noise out in street. Could hear people in room next to us. Had a room where you could do adjoining and could see the light of room next to us under the door. Battery in door lock died, had to get someone up to fix. They did fix right away. Definitely not a place you want to stay."

"Hotel is conveniently located, clean and rooms were spacious. Evening reception and breakfast selections are fantastic. The only downside was the pool area is small with limited seating but the kiddos still enjoyed. Staff was very professional and helpful. Would stay again. "

"Our stay was good, staff was nice, the rooms were clean, the ac did not cool the room very well but that wasnt a huge deal. When we went to go down for breakfast guest were in the lobby posing and making videos in the seating area with inappropriate bits out (7 am) and the staff allowed it. Not really what i wanted my daughters to see first thing in the morning. There was also puke in the elevator and all the staff did was put a wet floor sign up. But one great thing about this hotel is they offer a free shuttle and the man that drives was friendly and very helpful. "
