This is a great place close to some great restaurants and bars, quiet and still walking distance to Bourbon street. The concierge and manager were extremely helpful as I had left my IPad behind at the hotel and they shipped it to me free of charge! I give this place 7 stars and we will be back here next time we are in New Orleans, hopefully soon.

Loved the hotel and the staff. Perfectly situated and very clean. Maintenance was a huge issue during our stay. I booked 2 rooms and had non-functioning televisions in both rooms. While I don't normally care about televisions, my father does immensely, and despite bringing this up right away, nothing was done to repair or replace those televisions over our 4-night stay. Same for the coffee makers in the room that needed servicing and were non-functioning, Considering I paid quite a bit of money for the 2 rooms, I was disappointed in this inattention. While it is a beautiful stay, the lack of attention to maintenance while we were there left a sour taste, especially when management didn't get back to us.

Nice rooftop pool area and restaurant. Good space in the room/apartment, with a full kitchen. Bedroom had no window and was dark due to the layout of the building (a warehouse conversion). Carpet in the hallways was quite stained.

I would have given 5 but the fire alarm started going off all hours of the night because of an elevator issue. Otherwise the hotel is very beautiful, very friendly staff. Short walk to everything. We enjoyed ourselves and would stay here again.
