"Both times I have stayed here, I have been very happy. The shower is awesome, nice room complete with chocolate. The bed is a little firmer than normal but comfortable. Tyler was very friendly and helpful when he checked me in."

"For the price you definitely cannot beat this hotel. It’s in a great location and it offers an amazing view of Lake Michigan. We have stayed here several times. This time our room was quite spacious . The only drawback is there is little to no security. Anyone can walk in and take the elevator up to any floor. You really should have to swipe your room card to access the elevator. Other than that, a great place to stay and explore Chicago!"

"Overall it was a very good experience. The only thing I would comment is that the conditioner is empty when we arrived I called the lobby and left a message that I need conditioner the auto-robot operator said it will be sent to.our room but it never arrived."
