"From the receptionist to the housekeeping, bellman This was by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in !!! The breakfast breath taking. Just to say this, it felt like home I felt sad when I left, but Riu will see me again very soon!!"

"Conveniently located near the Alamo and Riverwalk. Recommend dropping luggage with staff at check in otherwise you will need to obtain a luggage cart and walk from parking garage to room. Key card gets disconnected about 10-15 before 11am check out. Breakfast was good. "

"My mirror in my bathroom was messed up/broken. I had to request for someone to clean my room after being gone all day the second day and I was there for four nights. Staff was nice! I loved the filtered water fountain and the bottle that was provided, but the rooms could use a little updating. There was no microwave at all and no refrigerator! The pool was nice and warm "
