"Keys were demagnetized and no staff available. Could not stay in the room. Had to get another room due to lack of access. Complete Waste of time/money."

"AVOID THIS HOTEL! Every time we left the room, we had to have a new key made. Maintenance finally came the last day. We were there and fixed the lock after we had requested that several times we asked. Requested our room be clean during our five days day and it was not cleaned one time. Had to chase down the maids to get fresh towels. Coffee pot did not work. Staff was incredibly rude at the continued request for new keys. This place used to be the pride of Fresno and has definitely become a dump with homeless people approaching you in the parking lot."

"Sub usual laquinta quality, some deviant was smoking inside on my first day. The elevator needs some grease. The room was good looking and the sound proofing was meh. Decent for the 120 a night area, they decided to increase it this week and I'm staying elsewhere because I'm not paying 800+ for a 4 night stay at this place."

"Not friendly, they do not provide the water in the room for the coffee but they do have the coffee maker in the room. I will no longer book with Expedia again ever, they charged me 29.00 extra as a resort fee but your package made no reference to that. It's not the 29.00 but the principal of it. Please remove me from your list and stop sending me e mails, I will seek other alternatives"

"Check -in time we were charged an extra $45. When we booked through Expedia, the room was listed for 4 people, and we only had 3 guests. We also showed this to the gentleman at the hotel, but he said it was hotel policy that a room with 2 queen beds could only have 2 persons. We have traveled across the US before and never had to pay extra because a room with 2 queen beds is usually meant for 4 people. Also, the hot pool was not working for 2 days during our stay."
