"Spacious rooms with many amenities available. In a central location easy to grab to most tourist areas. Air conditioning worked well but it is on a timer so you need to reset it each day. Overall really happy with my stay. Staff were helpful carrying our bags and providing recommendations."

When my wife sprained her ankle on a city sidewalk, spa staff noticed her and whipped her to the hotel’s clinic where she was immediately attended to. Afterwards ice was brought to the room on a regular basis. When we needed to book a train ticket to Tuy Hoa, Ms Tran, Front Desk Manager, was more than helpful in doing the booking and making sure we had our tickets in hand. I could go on and on about the genuine care we received in this hotel."
