"We just spent ten wonderful nights at the Sheraton, and the location couldn't be better. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed with cold tea and refreshing towels—such a lovely touch after our ten-hour journey. Jane at the reception was incredibly helpful, ensuring we got the perfect room for our needs. The breakfast staff was friendly and attentive, offering an impressive variety of options. The hotel was pleasantly quiet at night, and having a balcony to dry our clothes while enjoying the great view was a nice bonus. We also enjoyed some drinks at the Altitude Bar, which added to our relaxing experience. Tram our cleaning lady was also so sweet. The pool area provided towels, and Leo at the Tiki Bar was especially friendly. We did try to access the beach, but with only 18 available sunbeds, getting there early or later in the day is essential. We would definitely choose to stay at the Sheraton again! Kudos to Team S for making our stay so enjoyable—thank you!"

"The hotel is centrally located. It has over 40 levels so it was a bit too crowded for me. Long wait for the elevator, restaurant for breakfast was very busy & not enough beach lounge chairs (staff later clarified government did not give them permit for more chairs). Staff was nice & breakfast had a lot of options, this part was great."

"The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. They allowed us a late check out since our car to the airport was in the afternoon. The breakfast was phenomenal and the pool was refreshing. Overall would highly recommend this hotel. "

"The suite we got upgraded to was amazing. I felt the breakfast was underwhelming and often very crowded with long queues, I would suggest potentially serving Lounge Members away from the main restaurant. The lounge offering was great value but service was hit and miss, some staff offered some people cocktails/spirits and not others, while there didn't seem to be enough seating for lounge guests. The two pools give you options and the cleanliness of the rooms could not be faulted."

"From the moment we stepped out of our Grab til we departed 4 days later the entire staff was amazing. The buffet breakfast represented multiple cultural dishes. Something for everyone. 100% recommended "
