Afterwards ice was brought to the room on a regular basis. When we needed to book a train ticket to Tuy Hoa, Ms Tran, Front Desk Manager, was more than helpful in doing the booking and making sure we had our tickets in hand. I could go on and on about the genuine care we received in this hotel."
