"Property was easy to find , as was the parking, very convenient. Clean and modern , apartment was clean, tidy and well maintained. We were on the 3rd floor with a 23kg bag (no lift), unfortunately they didn't have an iron (attending a friends special occasion would have been nice to iron the shirt )available but believe they are sorting this out."

"This hotel was good value for the price and location was excellent. The room did have a musty smell and they only cleaned once during our five night stay. The self service was relatively easy...but i would have appreciated cleaning at least every other day. Location was excellent. Loved the restaurant across the street...we ate there twice...and we could walk to the Michelin Guide Vietnamese which was also excellent. Near shopping and the metro so easy to get to the train station for the airport. The view was of another building and we did have construction early one morning. That being said, comfortable beds, good water pressure in showers. Little space to hang and put away clothes. Also only C type converter plugs fit so it was okay for my Cpap machine but not so good for my hairdryer which kept overheating. Not sure i would stsy again...but it was decent value. "

"Our stay here was amazing. The home was fully stocked with kitchen, bathroom and laundry supplies. The host kindly provided bread, fruit, eggs, chocolate, coffee and juice so we could get going in the morning without having to make an immediate trip to the grocery store. The location is a short walk to the Metro and to a grocery store. The images on the listing accurately reflect the property. I would recommend this host and property to my friends and family. "

"Decent hotel at a good location ( Stephanie Tram stop is 2mins and Louiza Metro stop is 5 mins walk) - the decor of the hotel looks tired. The higher floor rooms are very warm on a sunny day and somehow the AC couldn’t cool it. For sustainability reasons they change sheets every 3 days but for us they didn’t even do that. The bathroom has nothing other than a body wash and shampoo. Breakfast is ok. However, the staff are very helping and courteous."
