"The tv don’t work when we first got there. Then had to get a keys reactivated every time we left the property!"

"We loved the Essenhaus Inn! Only one suggestion….perhaps upgraded cotton linens and bedspread would have been nice. There were stains in the bathtub which I think was actually on the film covering. "Breakfast was hot, homemade food and very tasty too! Coffee was good and hot. Staff smiling and helpful in answering questions. We enjoy staying at the Blue Gate and also seeing the wonderful shows that we love to see at the PAC which is within walking distance. You won’t be disappointed staying here. "

"The room was very clean, loved the fresh, clean smell of the linens! Staff was friendly & the grounds were well maintained. Parking was fine. I only had one issue, I had an extremely difficult time getting onto the bed! They are very high & an older person can’t quite maneuver like we use to! And I think the bathroom could use more than one grab bar. Maybe I should have requested a handicap room! Anyhow, over all, a very pleasant place to stay!"

"The amount of noise in the hotel was borderline intolerable. Construction and constant moving and banging made it impossible to sleep."

"Room was just renovated and clean. They are undergoing construction but it did not impact anything. Breakfast was good! Brand new TV. Only concern was the hot water in the shower was not consistent and same for the air conditioner. We notified the front desk."
