The accommodations were clean, the check in was smooth, and our specific room had a kitchenette with utensils and large fridge. German (Herman) and Jose were outstanding. They are quick to answer questions via WhatsApp or in the lobby. The best part of our stay is the location! A 10 minute walk to Alcazar and the Cathedral, and the “waffle” looking structure. Lots of restaurants downstairs. And Carrefour a few steps away. The suites5 was perfect for our stay in Seville!

This is our fourth stay and we will always come back. It is our happy place! Superb location, site and swimming pool and simply the best staff. We love the design and architecture and atmosphere - particularly in the bar when there’s a resident pianist. Food and drinks delicious as usual, but a couple of observations.
We were surprised that the tea and coffee crockery was quite badly chipped and the handles on the doors leading to the pool definitely need replacing. Our room was very comfortable with excellent air con, but the furniture is starting to look a little tired and the soaps were not refilled.
We felt sad as always to leave Ilunion however and will definitely be returning in 2027 for our fifth stay!
