"Close to restaurants and cable car was walking distance away. Hotel roof bar and restaurant was great and convenient. Room was big enough for the two of us and 5 pieces of luggage. The breakfast buffet was good and all the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Good location, rooms with carisma, staff helpsom. Great view from terrasse and a small pool Breakfast not good. Bakery all dry. Seems like to days old crossiants and donuts. Strange how not to see it even. Breakfast is not keeping up with the standard of the hotel. "

"I would avoid this hotel at all cost. Robbers and thieves operate freely. Our luggage was stolen whilst checking out right infront of 3 reception staff who did nothing to stop it happening!!!!. They were also very reluctant to assist us when we asked them to call the police!!!. Our passports,credit cards,money mobile phone and ipad were stolen. We did not even receive any assistance from the hotel staff or management. I would definately never stay here there is something very bad going on at this hotel."

"Room 3 AC was working fine however my travelling partners in room 22 had issues setting the air conditioning to a suitable temperature, it seemed their AC kept blowing cold past their target temperature "

"Loved our stay at NH Santiago! The hotel in centrally located and very close to public transit . The rooms are very spacious and clean. Buffet was assorted with various foods. The only drawback was that the hotel did not have a pool although listing states it has one. It has a Jacuzzi instead which needs to be reserved but is private. Would definitely recommend. "
