"Hotel is pristine and well maintained. Staff are fabulous; genuinely friendly and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our regular interactions with Vivian, thank you for all of your help! The area around the hotel is not the greatest, but the hotel more than makes up for it."

"Housekeeping service was inconsistent. Making a bed with dirty sheets and finishing is something blow my mind. Also, VAT is pay during check-in but not configure in the price during the booking. Location is better than expected."

"Clean room, very nice that there was a water purifier in the room for drinking water, comfortable bed, very nice breakfast/service staff at the restaurants. I did not LOVE the hotel but I would return because of the staff who were absolutely wonderful in making accommodations that were necessary due to some travel difficulties prior to my arrival. My colleague expressed the same - the hotel is "ok", but the staff were tremendous and this sets the stage for a wonderful stay. Thank you to the team at Hotel Cumbres Lastarria. "
"This was a 10/10 stay!! The hotel is beautiful and the staff are SO friendly and attentive. The rooms are so nice and the rooftop pool/restaurant is beautiful. some of the best service I’ve received. "
"Beautiful building. All the staff were great. Loved the free wine options in the afternoon. We were a bit worried about security issues walking around in the neighbourhood but it was perfectly fine for us walking to and from Belles Artes museum in the daytime. There were plenty of food and drink options nearby and one street a couple of blocks away with late night bars for the students, kidults and a few gay bars and clubs fairly nearby too. I’d definitely recommend to friends and family. "
"Great staff. They are exceptionally customer service focus whether I need a transportation or picking a tour option. Room is clean and generously large. Free a bottle of wine helped. Breakfast is wonderful, hot meal, bakery and fruits"
"Kudos to Hotel Meridien for having Ms Ana Echeverria and Mr John Freire. They are helpful, friendly and accommodating. A pleasure to stay here. The room is immaculate, food delicious. The Hotel close to Metro yet quiet, safe area."
