"Staff are friendly and helpful"

"Great place. A converted old house. The neighborhood is quite lively and many restaurants in the area. Rooms are decorated with individual themes. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good. Only issue is that it is 5 stories and no elevator. Staff was great about helping with luggage. Might be an issue for anyone who cannot climb stairs easily."

"The singular Santiago was amazing, the staff made the difference in this hotel, everyone absolutely everyone will go above and beyond to make sure your stay exceeds your expectations. The quality of the breakfast and the restaurant menu is superb and their pisco is to die for. Lastarria is a very pretty and safe area so location couldn’t be better. My only suggestion will be for the TV in the room to be bigger in size since rooms are massive ( at least the type that we booked). Thanks again to all the staff! "

"Great location, very convenient to all the sights. Staff was all exceptionally helpful and courteous. Comfortable room. Blackout curtains and noise glass was necessary since the area is busy at night."
