"Beautiful colonial hacienda right downtown centro with wonderful staff and daily housekeeping. There is a wonderful restaurant, El Candil, in the rear of the building and tranvia tour sales at the front entrance. Prime location in the historical downtown."

"If you’re looking for a hotel to relax and have a good sleep time, this is not the right hotel, since the restaurant it’s in an open place (patio) and open to the public all day long , we can hear all the noise in our room even with doors and windows closed. Every single utensil they use in the kitchen we can hear it and since the restaurant open at 7 am , it was 6 am and it was the same : they start cleaning the floors because we can hear employees sweeping the floors , and the same at night , the restaurant closes at 10:30 pm it was 11:30 and they still trying to have everything ready for next day. And I usually don’t like to wake up late but at least 7:30-8 am "

"Stayed in Room 11. Bed was very comfortable, room was large with very stylish decor. Issues, no hot water (checked night of check and next morning). TV connections constantly switched to HDMI error. I have had much better experiences at nearby hotels. "

"Pets stay free. An easy 2 min walk to the riverside walk. Restaurants in walking distance. No AC but a ceiling fan. "
