"Beautiful property in a very safe neighborhood so close to the historic center. The staff was extremely helpful. It was lovely to have a little pool on the property to cool off in the afternoon and the jacuzzi in the room was very relaxing after a long day walking around town. Oh and a beautiful library to peruse as well."

"First of all, it had parking on premises, second It was so beautiful and the rooms well decorated and well kept up. having A/C is a huge plus. It is very close to coffee shops, Restaurants, stores and downtown all walking distance. Always felt safe. Customer service was always ready to answer questions.
I will definitely go back when I visit Querétaro.
