"Los baños tienen moho negro NO HAY AGUA CALIENTE De 3 noches de estancia solo asearon la habitación después de la primera y nos cambiaron las toallas por toallas verdaderamente sucias, mejor nos hubieran dejado las que ya estaban. Las sábanas sucias y nunca las cambiaron, tenían unas manchas negras horribles Cero sentido del servicio al cliente. Compramos 2 aguas porque no nos dejaron en la habitación y aparte no querían aceptarnos el efectivo que porque no tenían cambio"

"First of all, it had parking on premises, second It was so beautiful and the rooms well decorated and well kept up. having A/C is a huge plus. It is very close to coffee shops, Restaurants, stores and downtown all walking distance. Always felt safe. Customer service was always ready to answer questions. I will definitely go back when I visit Querétaro. Liz"

"Beautiful property in a very safe neighborhood so close to the historic center. The staff was extremely helpful. It was lovely to have a little pool on the property to cool off in the afternoon and the jacuzzi in the room was very relaxing after a long day walking around town. Oh and a beautiful library to peruse as well."
