Spotless, great service

What a lovely birthday surprise from the hotel! I didn’t mention that I was celebrating my wife’s birthday when I made the booking, but when we returned after dinner on her birthday, they had prepared a bottle of wine and a cake for us! Such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. I booked a Deluxe Room, which was spacious and clean. The location is also great, with several excellent restaurants within walking distance.

Room was great. Clean. Efficient and quiet. Staff was great and very friendly.

The hotel was spotless and the staff were incredible. Felix at the front desk was very helpful. Our room was perfect with a beautiful terrace over looking the river. The hotel was in close proximity to everything in Lisbon!

Die Zimmer waren auf den ersten Blick schön. Wenn man jedoch längere Zeit darin verbringt kommt man langsam auf die Mangel die bestehen. Die Lüftung im Zimmer scheint nicht zu funktionieren. Die Dusche riecht vor dem benutzen nach Schimmel. Evtl weil die Lüftung nicht funktioniert. Das Bedien-Tableau für die Lüftung lässt sich nicht einstellen (trotz sprachenwechsel) Die Sicherungen zur Beleuchtung bzw Vorhangregelung fliegt immer wieder und der Stromkastendeckel (im Zimmer) ist auch nicht fest und kommt einem entgegen. Wir mussten leider nachts immer lüften. Leider ist das Frühstück nun auch nicht so der burner. Es reicht um satt zu werden, jedoch hat mir hier der frischkäse sehr gefehlt. Rundum finde ich das Hotel gut. Jedoch würde es von mir 3 statt 4 Sterne bekommen. Ich habe aufgrund meines Geburtstags eine kleine Packung pasteis de Nata und einen handgeschriebenen Brief bekommen. Das fand ich sehr toll 😊
