"Front counter morning shift staff manner was very rude. He delayed our schedule to catch the morning flight and refused to give his name when being asked.
Room temperature was low and cold. Heat was only turned on certain time and controlled by the hotel"

"We stayed two nights at this hotel in June. The location is very convenient, about 10 minutes walk from the train station and easy to find. The room was clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. He spoke to the cell phone and translated to English, so we had no issues understanding each other. They left the breakfast in our room and carefully covered the drinks since we went out early. The price was reasonable. We will come back if we visit the city again."

"We had a lovely stay at HNN. We were given a warm welcome & everything was clearly explained. The room was very clean with air con & complimentary hot drink tray. Also a mini bar which was charged for.
The beds were comfy & although there was a bit of traffic noise in the evening, it was quieter in the night & we all slept well.
Breakfast was continental, with a good range of breads, pastries, cheese, jam, yogurts & fruits. They had some pre packaged gluten free items for my coeliac husband...

"We stayed here for 1 night in April, and I have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel! Conveniently located close to the train station and some really great restaurants. The hotel staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They gave us some great safety tips.
