"We didn't tell the kids so they were very excited when they saw the boat - "do we really get to stay here?!" Communication via email ahead of time was super - it made getting there and planning our stay in Rotterdam much easier. The kitchen has everything you could need and the beds are great. We were met at check-in by Ro who was very helpful - lots of suggestions for things to do in the area."

"They were happy to give us ice for our water at the bar. Breakfast was very good and well worth the price. The only thing I can say that is a little negative is that I don't understand why Europe hotels do not have washcloths. I use a washcloth everyday of my life except in Europe where you can't get one in a hotel for some strange reason."

"There isn't much to do in Rotterdam, however if you do plan to go to Rotterdam, I really enjoyed the 4-bed room that I was in. The room was very clean, brightly lit, and inviting. The staff were very helpful and nice as well. The hostel is easily accessibly via public transit and bike paths, but is a tad far from the main shopping center and central station. "

"Arrived at the hotel to find we couldn't get in. No instructions emailed to us. Went online and found previous reviews and comments that said to go to no.92 to get code to unlock door. No-one knew anything at no.92 and a guy who worked in the shop next door said that there had been problems recently. Tried calling hotels.com and the owner direct. No response. Emailed them.
