I stayed for four nights and always had trouble getting comfortable for breakfast. Tables too low and I needed to each from low chairs. Room was great, reception was friendly, helpful and professional.

really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, location was super ideal and close to all the bustle without the noise. really good sound proofed windows and air con/heat that was actually effective. staff in the bar was always lovely, and the hotel felt clean and safe.

This hotel is in a good location, near to restaurants, train & metro stations, room is average size, but ver small space for hanging cloths or store; the breakfast is good for one day but boring for a longer stay; (only boiled eggs)

It is as a nice area of town. Convent to the train station (walkable if you want to and take your luggage). Lots of places to eat and shop. Only spent one evening, but it had a nice bar on the top floor.

Comfortabel and plesant

Very comfortable rooms: God bed, thought out design, nice and practical bathroom. No noise from neighbors or hallway. The roof top bar has a great view over the modern Rotterdam and the old church. The hotel is situated central with easy access to both Metro and busses.

Excellent hotel, excellent staff

A quirky hotel in a great location near the Markthall. Check in was easy and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was excellent, if a little small. The rooftop bar, eclectically furnished, was an added attraction, good value and with a huge selection (30-plus gins, for example) on offer. Breakfast was also served in the bar area; the food was quite nice but the furnishings - all low tables with odd chairs or high tables with stools - aren’t so conducive to eating a meal.

Very well located and good looking but really really small, so not even a kettle to make yourself a tea, and overall too expensive. If you have a car, the nearby parkings are also so pricey (with no discount from hotel) that you might want to consider an alternative a bit farther.

Great about everything except parking. There is none. You cannot drive to the property. No streets go to it. We parked illegally after driving in circles for 30 minutes trying to find a street to hotel. We eventually found a parking garage about 2 blocks away and walked to hotel. But area and hotel are good. Just know about driving

Stylish hotel with 'budget hotel' service

Very stylish hotel in the centre of Rotterdam with a nice bar. Our stay would have been perfect, was it not for the unwillingness to offer a 1h late check-out without an extra fee - and this in a half empty hotel. For someone who is travelling regularly this is almost unheard of. There is the nice Motto Hotel from Hilton just around the corner (same small rooms) which is much more flexible in this regard.

The hotel is brand new, and in perfect location with everything in centrum and all the landmarks right at your fingertips. Also, 2 min to the transport hub with metro, trains and above ground transportation. Beautiful and we'll designed room, no frills, but everything you need is there and working as it should. Air conditioning controls in room which was a godsend while I was there in 30C degree weather!!! Good shower with big shower head and big drops, not the water sparing nonsense that feels like you shower in the mist)) Good breakfast, very good baked goods and a selection of cheeses and meats, as well as vegan options for yogurt and cheeses - a big plus! Fresh pastry og different sorts helped to start my day on a positive note). Not to forget the rooftop terrace I got to have my breakfast on, with views og Markthal and pretty sunrises over the city. Also, very nice to relax there before going to bed with something good to round off your day. Thank you, Hotel Motel One for a beautiful experience staying with you!
