"The staff”makes” the hotel. The staff at Almanac X in Prague was beyond outstaning. The were exceptional! They were so friendly, pro-active and accommodating that I started to pay attention to observe them doing their jobs. Even doing what might appear to be mundane tasks was done with care - even excellence. I was very impressed. If in Prague again - which is an amazing city - I will absolutely stay at Almanac X again. "

"Staff were pleasant and welcoming. Room was ready on arrival at 11am, for which we are grateful. Hotel was in a good location. Near to shops, restaurants, transport links and main square. Air conditioning wasn’t good. Room was always hot even when we left the aircon on. Had to ask for a fan. Room was clean. Services/amenities were good. "
