In the hamlet Siro 1 km from the centre of Cercino, 17 km from the centre of Colico, 55 km from the centre of Lecco, in a quiet position on a slope, 15 km from the lake, in the countryside. Private: property (fenced), small garden (fenced) with meadow. Pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking, public parking 40 m. Shop 1.6 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 1 km, café 1 km, railway station "Morbegno" 8.4 km, pebble beach "Colico" 18 km, grass beach "Sorico" 15 km. Nearby attractions: Chiesa della Madonna della Pieta, Antico ponte romanico, Lavatoio e Valle dei Mulini. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Madesimo, Bormio, Livigno. Gas heating. 5 small balconies. Balcony furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Beautiful distant view of the mountains, the valley and the river. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Private entrance. Schöne Wohnung, wunderschöne Lage und Aussicht, gute Ausstattung der Küche, nette, freundliche und aufmerksame Vermieterin; aber mein gefühlter Eindruck war eine Größe von 35 qm statt der inserierten 55qm, auch sprach die Vermieterin nur Italienisch.
