Meget ringe værelse, hård seng, værelset bar præg af alder, var ikke hvad vi forventede, havde købt på Sanremo med altan og delvis havudsigt, fik værelse på Paroli, i en bygning bag hotellet med terrasse hvor alle som skulle ind i bygningen skulle igennem og bestemt ingen vand kig. Posetivt var rengøring, morgenmad og strandstole, men meget dyrt til komforten

The room decor was nice in the room and place was clean. The staff was great, so very helpful. We booked a room overlooking the canal and it was amazing. It was nice to sit outside and just watch the gondolas pass by during the day and is so quiet and peaceful at night. This place is close everything. You will find great food both left and right of the hotel doors. The duomo piazza is less than 5 mins. The ferris are about 5 - 7 mins away depending which one you need. The bar was great also, you can have your drinks outside by the canal if you would like it inside. Another great thing about the location of this hotel is that we were able to grab a water taxi, which the hotel helped us book in advance to avoid looking for one upon arrival, and it drove us right up to our hotel. We didn't have to pull luggage for miles on the bumpy cobblestone alleys like other people. It takes a few days to get a hang of the alleys. We took a ferry to the train station when leaving to Florence but we figured a route that was quick and no steps with mostly paved alleys that got us to the ferry in 6-7 mins. Overall we loved this place and would return.

Great location. Beautiful stylish hotel. Staff was amazing and helpful. AC worked well.

Old building. No elevator or assistance to take up luggage’s at check-in. Breakfast was mediocre. Room smelled, very damp.

On the positive, it's in a great location The not so positive would be: The staff were not as helpful as we would expect The rooftop balcony for two days as it was 'booked'. Breakfast is overpriced
