The staff and owner, Pete, were incredibly attentive and friendly, making our stay that much more enjoyable. The room was quite spacious and nice, and the bed super comfortable. "Overall great experience. a few things that could use improvement are the pool maintenance. Since it's was a smaller pool needed more frequent cleanings. it only got cleaned once during our 8 night stay but could have benefited with 2 cleanings. As far as kitchen, a toaster, blender, broom and fly swatter would have been nice. lastly the cable would go in and out not sure if the connection is just not that great in the area?"

"Adorable! Very clean. Very close to beach for families with small kids. (3ish min) very clean. Pool area quiet and nice. Would definitely stay here again! Hot tip pick up ice (groceries) before getting into town!!!!! Only store tiny gas station type store. Restaurants around town amazing."

"We had a lovely stay for spring break with 3 families and little kids. There’s an awesome kids room that was perfect for half our kids and another room with a bunk set up that worked well for family with smaller kids. The indoor / outdoor setup was perfect and we enjoyed lots of time hanging by the pool / daybeds with ocean views and sunsets. The house and kitchen were well stocked with everything we needed, including surfboards and other beach toys. Speaking of the beach, it’s just a short walk and very uncrowded. You can walk a bit further down (15 min) to the more populated Cerritos strip with restaurants / bars if you want. You’ll definitely want a car to explore the nearby towns like Todos Santos as everything is bit dispersed. Ali was an attentive host and clearly cared about the guest experience. Overall this was an amazing trip and property - highly recommend!"
