Was really looking forward to using the pool and hot tub on the final stay of our trip after an extremely tough week arranging a funeral. Couldn't see that these facilities were out of order until I made our reservation. However the bed was so comfortable

Alice and the staff in the Gold Experience were beyond helpful. Loved the room, balcony and service overall.

Would definitely stay there again. Beautiful hotel, room with balcony overlooking the Marina, great restaurant. The only negative is the $52 per day parking fee.

stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, from Monday to Saturday. They gave me $50 credit ($10 for each night) to spend at the restaurant or bar, which was definitely a nice perk. Overall, the room was small and nothing special, but fine for sleeping. The staff at the front desk never smiled, which I found strange — you are the face of the hotel and should be welcoming. Housekeeping was always done on time, which was a big plus. One major disappointment for me was that I specifically chose this hotel because I was looking for a young, party vibe at the pool. I had been waiting all week for the party, but there wasn’t even one on Friday. It turned out the pool parties only happen on Saturdays — the day we were checking out.When I asked at the front desk if we could stay by the pool until the evening after checking out (our flight was late at night), they told us we could only stay until the party started — which meant 3 PM. That was really disappointing, and unfortunately it left me with a not-so-great impression of the hotel.
