"The room was clean and the view from the seventh floor was amazing facing the park and the cathedral. The buffet breakfast was hearty and with a good variety of local and general cuisine. The staff was very helpful and courteous. It was easy to reserve taxis directly from the hotel and the airport shuttle was large and air conditioned. It is walkable to the boardwalk and many other site seeing places in this historic section of the city. I would definitely book again if i return to this area of Guayaquil and highly recommend to others."

"Very clean, modern and upscale hotel in the heart of Guayaquil. Exactly as pictured. Great breakfast buffet with authentic local dishes and intercontinental selections. Nice and helpful staff that understand English. wonderful amenities like a fully equipped gym, thermal spa suite, inviting pool and open breezy terrace. Great value for the extra cost. Very safe and secure. Would definitely stay again if I visit the area"

"Wonderful. Clean. breakfast was fantastic. Close to the mall and airport. Only thing is shuttle is every hour and you have to schedule it, so we had to take uber to get there ($5) and then we scheduled free one for next flight. "

"The staff is always amazing every time we stay. The property is safe which is rare in Guayaquil. The restaurant is very good i highly recommend their burger it was the best burger i've had in Ecuador lol. I will likely not stay at any other hotels during our regular trips ro Guayaquil "

"You are not allowed to park in front to take you bags out, the front door parking ONLY FO HOTEL’s shuttles, very stupid and they actually asked you to park down the hill. Horrible front door service, people are very rude not well trained or educated. "
