Buenaventura Grand Hotel & Great Moments - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"Everyone at the Hotel is super nice and helpful. They will try to get you to purchase a time share, but they dont harass you at all. We did it last time we were there to get the upgrade and a couples massage."
Sheraton Buganvilias Puerto Vallarta
8/10 Good
"Staying at the Sheraton was overall a good experience. I booked the all-inclusive package, and the bartenders were super friendly while the rest of the staff was helpful and welcoming. One thing to know is that reservations are required for two restaurants. One night, I didn’t have a reservation and noticed several open tables, but we still weren’t accommodated. I understand the policy, but it was frustrating to see empty tables and not be seated. Govitas was amazing and definitely a highlight. The food was beautifully presented and tasted just as good as it looked. I would absolutely recommend it.My biggest complaint to sell the RCI 90-minute presentation in exchange for a discounted spa day. I politely declined several times, but they continued asking. They got me when I first checked in Employees outside also frequently asked where I was going and tried to sell tours or make recommendations. After a while, it became annoying, especially when I was simply trying to leave and enjoy the area. A few things to know about all-inclusive: room service costs 100 pesos, and TV Wi-Fi for services like Netflix is not included. I paid separately for the spa, and it was excellent—very relaxing and worth it.The hotel store is extremely overpriced, but there’s a grocery store and pharmacy about a five-minute walk away. The pools were great, although the water was very warm in August. The beach was my least favorite; the water was fairly murky"

Casa Angeles
10/10 Excellent
"Mascota is a traditional Puebla with cathedral and central plaza. The hotel is located directly across from the church. Church bells ring to summon parishioners for morning and evening services. Casa Angeles is awell maintained traditional building with modern interior amenities and details in room. Buffet breakfast was well done. Location is easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and the archeological museum. Hotel was perfect for my travel plans. Would definitely stay again."
Casa y departamentos Nacho
10/10 Excellent
"The property is less than one year old, so all the modern amenities, plus new. The kitchen was equipped well enough and there is also a large grill outside. The pool is in a central courtyard, surrounded by a privacy wall. The owner was visiting during my stay and was very welcoming. The property is located on the edge of town, so a car, taxi, or Uber is the best way to get to central PV. But there are some restaurants and shops within walking distance. They are building a rooftop patio which provides a great sunset view. I will be back someday."
