I stayed at the property for a few nights with my daughter it’s a beautiful location close to the markets and not far from the beach, very clean & lovely breakfast, the staff went above and beyond very respectful and kind, we wanted to see the sunset sammettal very kindly took us to the local spot once he had finished work. Highly recommend and will be staying again

This place is awful. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. Our bathroom was broken from the moment we arrived. Although breakfast was supposed to be free, they charged us for coffee and water, and we never received a real Turkish breakfast. Every time we asked, they said they didn't have it. The location is very bad; you can't find a taxi, and the hotel doesn't call taxis for you. Instead, they call someone with a personal car to pick you up, which is a safety concern. All in all, I really tried to find another hotel on the first day, but unfortunately, I couldn't.

Otel çalışanları çok ilgiliydi. Genel olarak kahvaltı sade ama yeterliydi. Odada ayrıca battaniye olması gerekiyor. Geceleri soğuk oluyor. İsteyince ayrıca veriliyor ancak odada standart olarak olması gerektiği görüşündeyiz. Otelin konumu da genel olarak gayet iyiydi.

Otel ve Çevresi

Çeşme otobüsleri ile Alaçatı 'da indik. Otel yürüme mesafesinde. Alaçatı merkeze çarşıya yürüyerek gidip geldik kolaylıkla. Kısmi deniz manzarası yazıyordu ilanda. Çok az görülür diye düşünmüştük. Boydan boya deniz gözüküyor. Uzakta olduğu için kısmi denilmiş sanırım. Güler yüzlü ve ilgili çalışanlar vardı. Beşten sonra mutfak kapalı fakat aperatif şeyler konusunda çözüm üreterek yardımcı oldular. Otel odası temiz ve düzgündü. Gönül rahatlığıyla kaldık. Havuz temizdi. Kahvaltı çok güzeldi. Açık büfe değil masanıza servis yapılıyor. Açık büfeye kıyasla böyle olması daha güzel. Herkesin kırıntıları döküp birbirine karıştırdığı açık büfeler yerine, masaya serpme kahvaltı getirilmesi daha temiz, özenli ve güzeldi. Pişiler on numara. Yorumlarda kahvaltı için kötü eleştiri olduğu için beklentimiz olumsuzdu ama beklentinin çok üzerinde tertemiz güzel kahvaltı hazırlandı masamıza. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Ufak tefek aksilikler oldu ama sezon tam açılmadığı için yetiştirmeye çalışıyorlardı. Alaçatı'ya tekrar yolumuz düşerse kesinlikle burada konaklayacağız. Eğer Alaçatı'ya ilk kez gidiyorsanız fiyatlar çok pahalı, bunu bilerek gidin. Erken rezervasyon ile otelde çok uyguna kaldık. Ama otelden tasarruf ettiğimizden çok daha fazlasını yeme içme gibi temel ihtiyaçlara harcamak zorunda kaldık. Birçok yerin fiyatı biz daha oradayken artıyordu her gün. Denize ulaşım da kolaydı, otelden merkeze indiğinizde dolmuşlarla Ilıca plajlarına da 10 dakikada gidilebiliyor.Otele teşekkür ederiz

Bir gece konaklamak üzere ziyarette bulunduk ve çok memnun kaldığımız için bir gece daha uzattık. Temizlik olarak çok iyidi sezon vakti olmamasına rağmen havuz vs çok temizdi. Kahvaltı olarakta gayet başarılı ve taze ürünler vardı. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve ilgiydi. Tekrardan yolum düşerse ilk uğrayacağım adres.

Alaçatı merkeze yakın, sahip olduğu alanı çok iyi kullanan (peyzaj şekli ve malzeme kullanımı/dekorasyon) bir otel. Kahvaltı çok çeşitli ve iyi, çalışanlar çok yardımsever. Ekonomik oda biraz fazla küçük ve odalarda ses yalıtımı pek iyi değil ancak bunun dışında bir sıkıntımız olmadı. Fiyat/performans açısından oldukça iyi bir konumda.

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war einfach großartig. Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise hat alles perfekt gepasst. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, immer bereit, auf alle Wünsche einzugehen. Die Zimmer waren sauber, komfortabel und stilvoll eingerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das gemütliche Bett – ich habe selten so gut in einem Hotel geschlafen. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine breite Auswahl an frischen und leckeren Speisen, sodass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei war. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, da es sowohl ruhig als auch zentral gelegen ist. Sehenswürdigkeiten und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel waren schnell erreichbar. Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt hier ein voller Erfolg, und ich kann dieses Hotel ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Die Mitarbeiter Hülya Hanım & Mert Bey waren sehr interessiert an den wohlbefinden der Gäste und zudem sehr hilfsbereit. Die Stadt war 10 min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Lage war ruhig und sicher, die Anlage sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Was wir uns gewünscht hätten wäre ein housekeeping.

Beklentilerin üstünde bir butik otel

Tesis ve oda gayet temizdi, hizmet açısından da personelin tavrı olumlu ve güler yüzlü idi. Butik bir aile işletmesi, bence beklentileri fazlasıyla karşılıyor. Yeri Alaçatı’nın tam merkezinde olmasa da merkeze ulaşım yürüyerek bile çok zor değil. Ayrıca gürültüden uzak olması bence bir artı.
