the hotel was right in the heart of the Alachati and surrounded by numerous restaurants and stores. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. They tried their best to make me feel home and enjoy my stay.

Koşarak uzaklaşın bu otelden. Berbat

Odaların temizliği yapılmamış çarşaflar kirliydi. Havlu yastık şampuan vs hiç biri yoktu. Görevli personel çok ilgisizdi. Klima çalışmıyor. Yani kısacası hayatınızın pişmanlığını yaşıyorsunuz kalmak isterseniz

Leider kann ich hier keine Fotos hinzufügen. Die ganze Wand im Zimmer war voll mit Schimmel. Nach der ersten Nacht sind wir aus dem Hotel gegangen. Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel haben während der Nacht öfters Teller fallen gelassen und haben Türen mehrmals Zugeschlagen. Eine reine Kathastrophe!!! Obwohl wir uns bei Expedia beschwert und mehrere Emails ans Hotel geschickt haben bekamen wir keine Antwort vom Hotel.

Hizmet Kalitesi Düşük

Otelin konumu merkezi ancak gece saat 1:30'a kadar etraf çok gürültülü. Oda fotoğraflarda görünenden daha küçük ama rahat sayılır. Biz oda +kahvaltı almıştık ancak mutfakları yandığı için bizi sabah kahvaltısına başka şubelerine gönderdiler. Oradaki servis kalitesi çok düşüktü. Çalışan sayısı az ve var olanlar da işten pek anlamıyorlardı. Özellikle otel misafiri ile nasıl iletişime kurulacağına dair hiç bir fikirleri yoktu. Bir daha tercih edeceğimi sanmıyorum.

Biz 6 gece kaldık ve çok memnun kaldık, Ceren hanım ve Batın bey çok ilgilendiler. Odalar tertemiz, şirin ve kusursuz, ortam çok güzel, her yere yakın. Kesinlikle, herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ediyorum. Alaçatıya tekrar geldiğimde yine aynı oteli seçerim.

Oteli tercih etmemizin tek nedeni çarşı içinde olması idi, odalar yeni ve temiz ama kahvaltısı çok vasat Odalarda bir tane tuvalet kağıdı var bittiğinde istedik ve resepsiyonda çalışan masanın yanındaki kendi kullandığı tuvalet kağıdını verdi... Odalarda havlu yoktu,istedik geldi, daha özen göstermeleri gereken ince ama önemli ayrıntılar

Çeşme de tatilimizin konforsuz oteli

Çeşme de ikinci tatilimiz için siteden otelin konumundan dolayı oteli tercih ettik. Otele saat 2 de checkin yapmak için gittiğimizde odamızım hazır olmadığı söylendi. 10 dakika bekleyip odamıza geçtik. Oda tam bir hayal kırıklığıydı bizim için. Yerler toz içinde. Dolabın içi toz içinde. Yere kadar uzanan perdeler yüzünüze toz çarpıyor resmen. Banyoda her yer kireçli. Aynalar iz dolu. Kendimizi aynada görmek bile zor oldu bizim için. Tuvalet kağıtlığı kırıktı. Çarşaflar kırışık. Yastık kılıfı kırışık ve lekeliydi. Saç havlusu ve el yüz havlusu yoktu oda da. Resepsiyondaki hanımefendiden istediğimizde temiz havlu olmadığı ertesi gün verileceği söylendi. Bizde kağıt havlu rica ettik. Fakat koca otelde kağıt havlu olmadığı söylendi. Keşke ertesi gün havluyu vermeseydi havluda sarı lekeler vardı. İkinci gün odanın süpürülmesini istedik. Yerlere saçlarımız dağıldığı için. Odaya geldiğimizde yerlerde hala saçların olduğunu gördük. Temizlik için odaya giren hanımefendinin tuvalet çöpünün ağzına kadar dolu olduğunu görmemesi de ilginç doğrusu. Saç kurutma makinesinin ucu yok saçlarda yanık kokusu bırakıyor. Duş jeli nasıl bi duş jeli merak içerisindeyim asla köpürmüyor. Kendi duş jelimizi aldık. Kahvaltısı açık büfe yazıyor ama açık büfe değil. Doymak için ekmekle tükettik. Resepsiyondaki hanımefendi sürekli memnun musunuz diye sorduğunu yazmış yorumlara. Sürekli ters tepkili cevaplar vermesi ve isteklerimizin karşılığı olmaması nedeniyle olumsuz cevap vermeye çekindik.

Rezervasyon yaparken otopark olduğu yazıyordu ama otopark yok. Kahvaltı kalitesi çok zayıf. Kahvaltıda peçetelikte tuvalet kağıdı peçeteleri vardı. Konum olarak köy içinde olduğu için geceleri çok gürültülü. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve samimiler.

Het hotel heeft een perfecte ligging. Tot aan 01.30 heb je wel veel last van de muziek. Onze kamer had geen koelkast en de tv werkte het hele verblijf niet, je hoort alles op je kamer, simpel ontbijtje werd er geserveerd, vooral laatste dag was er geen brood dus hebben ze de brood van eergisteren geserveerd, Kamer wordt niet dagelijks schoongemaakt als je er niet om vraagt. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Check-in yapmak için öğlen 2'de geldiğimde oda halen hazır değildi. Yaklaşık yarım saat sonra hazır dendiğinde beni odaya aldıklarında odamın aslında hazır olmadığını gördüm. Çarşaflarım kırışıktı, perdenin yarısı takık değildi ve banyonun ciddi temizliğe ihtiyacı vardı. Perdenin takılmasını rica ettiğimde merdivenimiz yok yarın takabiliriz dendi ama sonraki gün de takılmadı. Çarşafımın değiştirilmesini istediğimde çarşafın temiz olduğu ancak ütü yapacak personel olmadığı söylendi. Kısacası 10 puanlık yoruma tercih ettiğim otelinizden memnun kalmadım.

Rezervasyon yaparken ücretsiz otopark yazıyordu, fakat kendine ait otoparkı bile yoktu. Odanın içinde mini buzdolabi yoktur, eksiğin tamamlanmasını gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Kahvaltının dahil olduğu bir konaklamada suyun ücretli olmasınıda tuhaf karsılıyorum. Temizlik konusunda ise düşüktü.
