The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Our room was clean and comfortable, making us feel right at home. The service quality exceeded our expectations. Konforlu bir deneyim

Mükemmel bir tatil deneyimi yaşadık, çalışan arkadaşlar oldukça ilgiliydi. Havuz, oda, oturma alanları yeterli durumda. Tek geliştirme noktası olarak; alkollü içecek çeşitliliği barda oldukça azdı. İstediğimiz içeceği dışarıdan alıp havuzda tüketemeyeceğimiz iletildi, diğer butik oteller gibi belki ortak bir buzdolabı mantığı yürütülebilir. Kahvaltıları hazırlayan ablaya özellikle teşekkür ederim. Düşünmeden tercih edebileceğiniz bir butik otel.

Çok araştırma yapamadan tuttuğumuz bu otelde beklediğimizden de güzel ağırlandık. Bu şirin otel kız kıza geçirdiğimiz tatilimizde unutulmaz bir yere sahip olacak her zaman. Bize evimizde gibi hissettiren işletme sahiplerine gönülden teşekkür ederiz. Bunun yanısıra ellerinin lezzetiyle midemizi de gönlünüzü de bayram ettiren Güneş hanıma, güler yüzüyle ve babacan tavrıyla bize güvende hissettiren Mehmet beye ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Mükemmel konaklama

Otel giriş saatimizden erken vardık eşyalarımız güvenli bir alanda bekletildi. Bunun yanında hem duş hem soyumu kabini hemde lavaboları vardı. Bu alanları kullanarak havuza girebilme imkanı da sunuyordu. Havuza girip yanında da soğuk içecek ikram ettiler. Konaklamamız boyunca misafirperverlik en üst düzeydeydi. Oda,havlu ve çarşaf temizliği mükemmeldi. Kahvaltıya gelecek olursak beklentimizin oldukça üzerindeydi. Her gün 3 çeşit peynir 4 çeşit tatlı 3 çeşit fırın ürünleri ve daha bir çok kahvaltılık vardı. Ekstralar Alaçatı fiyatlarının altındaydı. Otel konum olarak çarşıya çok yakındı yaklaşık 3 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. Gelelim bizim için en önemli konuya, misafirperverlik ve saygı. Her ikisi de üst düzeydeydi, çalışanların her biri inanılmaz derecede saygılı kibar anlayışlı personellerdi. Otel sahibi Mehmet Bey bizi ilk günden son güne kadar evimizdeymişiz gibi hissettirdi ve her konuda yardımcı oldu.Plajla ve mekanlar konusunda tavsiyelerde bulundu. Otelde unuttuğumuz eşyaları bize kargo yolu ile ulaştırdı sağ olsun. Bunun için de ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Bu güzel tatl için teşekkürler cassiopeia otel
