Auf den ersten Blick war es sauber, den Balkon mussten wir aber mal durchwischen lassen, da noch Haare drauf lagen. Bei der Dusche durfte man das Sieb nicht anheben, was wir aber machen mussten, da das Wasser nicht mehr ablief, es war voller schwarzer Prött und mit Haaren verstopft. Hinter dem kleinen Kühlschrank war es voller Staub an den Gittern. Grundsätzlich war das Frühstück sehr lecker. Aber die hatten einen Standard den alle Gäste bekamen, ob man es so wollte oder nicht. Der Tee in der Thermoskanne war schon recht nur noch lauwarm. Beim Brotkorb, der auch standardmäßig fertiggestellt wurde, konnte man recht wenig Sonderwünsche äußern Wir essen z.B. keinen Blätterteig und Simit, da wir es magentechnisch nicht vertragen, und wollten normales Weißbrot immer. Mal klappte es, mal nicht. Was wir positiv erwähnen möchten, dass wir unseren Kaffee vor der eigentlichen Frühstückszeit in der Küche gemacht bekommen haben. Einen Wasserkocher durfte man aus Sicherheitsgründen wohl nicht aufstellen. Das alles war für uns ok.Was wir befremdlicher fanden an so einer kleinen Einrichtung, dass die Dame an der Rezeption ihre Arbeit mit recht wenig Freude tat. Kein wirkliches herzliches Willkommen. Zwar jeden Morgen ein leichtes Lächeln beim Guten Morgen sagen, aber nicht wirklich übezeugend. Was noch erstaunlicher war, dass sie anscheinend nicht wusste, dass es sehr wohl Dolmuş's zu dem öffentlichen Strand von Ilica gab.Und auch noch etwas, aber ich mag es nicht weiter thematisieren.

Ailecek konaklama deneyimi yaşadık ve gayet memnun kaldık.çalışanlar gayet kibar ve ilgililer her türlü ihtiyacımızı hemen karşıladılar.Kahvaltısıda gayet yeterli ve güzeldi.Otopark olarakta Otel önünde yeterli park yeri bulunmakta kesinlikle tekrar geleceğimiz yer olarak tatil yapılacak yerler listesine ekledik.Herşey için Teşekkürler

Öncelikle çalışanlar çok çok iyi . O konuda asla sorun yok . Fakat ılıcanın orta yerinde çok ucuz olmayan dış görünüşü ve bahçesi gayet güzel olan bu hotel artık odalarını yenilemeli . Banyo ve oda içindeki eşyalar yenilenmeli . Kahvaltısını zenginleştirmeli . Fiyatı artırsınlar sıkıntı değil ama yönetim bu yenilemelere öncelik vermeli .

Özveriyle acilmis ve calisilan bir isletme. Otelde 3 gece 4 gun gecirdim ve cok memnun kaldim. Kahvaltisi, hizmeti cok cok yeterliydi. Otel Ilıca’da olmasina ragmen populer olan cogu beache ve konuma cok yakindi. Gonulden ve rahatlikla onerebilecegim bir otel. Menekse hanima ilgisi ve ozverisi icin cok tesekkur ediyorum. Otel lokasyonu ve ekip açısından keyifliydi. Ancak uzun tatiller için odalar biraz küçüktü.(belki de bizim odamız sadece, bilemiyorum) Arada temizlik konusu çok başarılı değildi. Temizlik istediğimizde ne lavabo ne wc temizlenmedi. Odaya girdiğimiz ilk anda perdelere sinmiş sigara kokusu geliyordu maalesef. Kötüleme amaçlı değil, tamamen geliştirilmesi gereken yanları olarak söylüyorum. Temizliğe biraz daha hassasiyet gösterilebilir. Banyo belki biraz daha iyileştirilevilir. Bunun dışında lokasyon ve bahçe çok keyifliydi.

Aile sıcaklığında bir ortamı vardı. Tüm çalışanlar Özellikle Neşe hanımın güler yüzlü karşılamalrı kibar ve Nazikliği kendimizi rahat hissettirdi. Serpme kahvaltıları setin esen rüzgarda sabahları çok keyifliydi.
