1 Bedroom Tiny Condo at Vista Encantada with access to huge pool and ocean view!

"Tiny" Condo in our adults only Condo tower Suenos Del Mar at Vista Encantada. Short and long term stays welcome at this first floor condo with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Can sleep up to 2 people with a double bed in the bedroom. Kitchen is equipped with pans, utensils, dishes, microwave, coffee maker, oven/stove. Private patio with partial ocean views. Adults only . Washers and Dryers in shared spaces for guests use.

Vista Encantada, an Eco Development, is just outside the pueblito of El Divisadero, Nayarit, Mexico. At the property you can enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean, walk through countless walking paths through the jungle, swim or lounge by the large pool, hike the property or to the beach, whale watch from your balcony or disconnect and relax with nature. Away from the busy city, we are located off the beaten path but only 10 minutes to the highway. Guests have access to the huge pool, gym, putting green/mini-golf and other amenities in the development. Our PickleBall court ready is for play!

Other things to note:
We are located 52 miles north of the Puerto Vallarta International Airport between La Penita and Chacala, Nayarit. From Puerto Vallarta, go north about 50 miles and turn at El Divisadero. We are located about 7 kilometers off the highway, of which, about 2 kilometers is a dirt/gravel road. Las Cuevitas beach is just down the street from us 1 mile and Chacala beach is to the north of us. We have a great view of Chacala Bay. Closest shopping, doctors, etc is about a 20 minute drive. Vista Encantada is a little out of the way and perfect for a relaxing, beautiful vacation.
