I had an amazing stay at Riad Nowara & Spa, but what truly made the experience unforgettable were Hamid and Idris. These two gentlemen went far above and beyond every single day — always welcoming, always smiling, and always ready to help with any question or request. One example says it all: I had booked a hammam and massage that unfortunately couldn’t take me at the scheduled time. Hamid immediately stepped in, worked some magic, made a few calls, and somehow managed to get me into another hammam just down the way within an hour. Completely stress-free thanks to him. Hamid and Idris genuinely care about their guests and make you feel more like family than a customer. Their kindness, hospitality, and attention to detail transformed my trip to Marrakech into something special. The riad itself is beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing, but it would not have been the same experience without them. The breakfast each morning was also outstanding — fresh, delicious, and the perfect way to start each day before exploring Marrakech. Sitting in the riad each morning with hot mint tea, fresh bread, fruit, and Moroccan specialties became one of my favorite parts of the trip. If you stay here, you are in very good hands. We booked two rooms and arrived at 2:50 pm, they only had one room available. Also the pictures are of two hotel that are attached by a pool area. Not sure why they also use the other hotel photos on the listing. The rooms need improvements, they are run down. Also very noisy all day and night.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this charming boutique hotel in Essaouira. The staff were exceptional—warm, attentive, and always ready to help, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. The location is perfect, just a short stroll from the beach, and the hotel itself is a peaceful haven. The pool and gardens are beautifully maintained, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere—ideal for unwinding. Breakfast was delicious each morning, with a great selection to start the day. Overall, it’s a quiet, relaxing place that I’d happily return to and highly recommend, especially for a peaceful getaway with family.
