"The staff here were so friendly, hard working, and helpful. The lobby has a nice eating area and the rooftop has a great view of the city skyline and the river. The bathrooms were always kept cleaned, the lockers were big and could accommodate my stuff, and the building is kept locked and safe. "Comfortable bed, nice linens, good blackout blinds, great shower, mini-fridge in room, robes and slippers, fluffy, absorbent towels, excellent lighting. Almost perfect. Only one flaw – only one of the bedside tables has an electrical and USB outlet. If you’re traveling, solo, no problem. If you’re travelling with a spouse, you’ll have to draw straws."

"The staff were amazing and polite. Cant fault this property for anything. We had the junior suite and it was clean and spacious. Bathroom was big, only downside was the rainfall showerhead didnt work but no big deal as rhd handheld one was more than sufficient. Location was great, 10 min walk from terminal 21. Its also close to the highway which means less waiting in traffic. Busy area lots going on but the rooms are quiet so no issue there. Attached restaurant does amazing food!!"
