"Endroit un peu difficile a trouver par contre , mais avec WhatsApp cetait plus facile , j'aurais aimer avoir le micro-ondes et le petit frigo dans ma chambre au lieu de entre les deux chambres ca aurais éviter du bruit . Odeur de refoulement d'égouts dans la salle de bain ( mais ca lair normal au Portugal ) sinon tres belle place . J'avais mal compris par contre je pensais avec la suite nous avions acces a la cuisine partagée également, ce qui n'est pas le.cas."

"The room was beautiful, everyone at the hotel made our stay extra special. We were stayed 2 nights with our 4yo and everyone was amazing and so accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and everything was prepared at the moment. Laundry service was prompt and everything was very well done. Would definitely stay again, probably would even add one more night."

"The hotel is in an excellent location (which is why I chose it), opposite the National Palace and a short walk from the main town square with all the restaurants and bus stops. The rooms are very spacious and well-equipped, but the air-conditioning is TERRIBLE and hardly works at all! The breakfast was excellent (although there is not really enough room for all the guests and we had to wait for a table to become free on the first morning). Big drawback: whilst it's in a great spot, the hotel is also located next to the municipal recycling bins! This means that at night it's very noisy with people (assume local restaurant staff) emptying their bottles etc into the bins as late as 3am and the council coming to empty the bins around midnight. Owing to the poor air conditioning we had to sleep with the balcony door wide open, to avoid the room being like a sauna, which meant the noise from ourside was really bad. So whilst I would 100% recommend this hotel, I would also suggest very strongly paying the extra money to stay on the garden side of the building, not the front side. That, I'm sure, would be quieter!! We tried to switch rooms, but were told the hotel was full. If I return to Sintra, and I would really love to as it's an amazing place, I would stay at this hotel, but on the valley side and not the Palace side."

"Plotted in between the sights and central Sintra, this hotel is in a nice location. Be prepared for about a 10-15 min walk to Sintra and an uphill 25 min walk to the Moorish castle. Uber/Bolt are all around and quite convenient. The grounds are beautiful, the room and the main house were very nice and very clean and peaceful. No in room TV or fridge in our room and really, nothing of entertainment value in the evening here, so plan to stay in Sintra through the evening for that. Breakfast was great and the staff are all very helpful and kind."
